The Sun, WAR-THAMSTOW (two paintings), 2021 | mixed media on reclaimed wood, fir wood | 203 x 208 x 27,5 cm

The artist narrates his travels, his favorite destination outside Italy, London, that neighborhood, that street. At a certain point, that same neighborhood, that street, becomes known as the most violent place in the country, and the artist doesn’t have a problem with it because it is from that social and economic unease that he feeds, and therefore he finds refuge in that geography. After many years the artist realizes in the studio a work of stratification linked to painting that allows him to make a portrait of the British capital, made with this large pop writing that traces the very origins of the artist.
